Chih-Chien Lin Clarinet

Chih-Chien Lin, a native of Taiwan, began his study of clarinet at the age of twelve, has won various competitions. In 2006, he won the first prize of the Young Artist Showcase Competition and performed as the soloist with the National Symphony Orchestra under conductor Wen-Ping Chien. In 2009, he won the second prize of the Artur Balsam Competition for Duos as well as the Lillian Fuchs Memorial Chamber Music Competition. He got his master's degree from Manhattan School of Music in May 2010 and will attend USC to study with Yehuda Gilad in Fall.
